An all-European matchup has been added to the UFC Fight Night: Stockholm card.
Sweden’s Tor Treng (16-6-1) will have the hometown advantage as he lines up against Poland’s Krzysztof Jotko (14-1-0) October 4th.
It’s a chance for both fighters to get back into the win column.
Welcome back to The Crossfire.
”This is a fantastic opportunity to redeem myself and show my true capacity at home in The Globe,” Troeng, a former TUF 17 contestant, said. “I’m extremely anxious to get this shot and I will really bring it.
“Krzysztof will of course be a very tough test and I’m going to make sure that I learn as much as I can from my teammate Magnus Cedenblad, who is the only one who has defeated him,” Troeng said.
“I could not wait for this next fight,” Jotko added. “I have a great hunger after my last one.
“This fight is very important to me because I desire a rematch with Magnus Cedenblad, so I’ll be prepared for him 1000 percent.”
UFC Fight Night: Stockholm takes place October 4th with tickets going on sale to the general public August 22nd.
