October 14th marks the home release date of The Last Supper, a Chinese historical drama from Random Media and Cinedigm (NASDAQ: CIDM).

The film retells the story of the Han dynasty.

Starring Ye Liu (City of Life and Death), Daniel Wu (Protege, The Banquet, Lgend of the Blasck Scorpion), Chen Chang (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon), the film is directed by Lu Chaun (City of Life).

The Last Supper comes in Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital HD format.

The movie follows Liu Bang (Ye) as the first emperor of China’s Han dynasty, haunted by nightmares and memories of his enemies Lord Yu (Wu) and General Xin (Chen).

Bang remembers his betrayal of both men due his obsession for power, even after their deaths.

The Blu-Ray version will retail for $19.93 USD, while the DVD version will sell for $14.93 USD.

Runtime is 116 minutes, in Mandarin with English subtitles.
