It’s official. The premiere episode of The Ultimate Fighter: A champion will be crowned (TUF 20) is the most watched TUF season premiere ever.
2.54 million total American viewers tuned in to watch, according to data from Nielsen.
The show features 16 female strawweight competitors who are for the first time competing not only for the title of The Ultimate Fighter, but for the UFC’s inaugural strawweight belt.
The show features Canadian Randa Markos, who won her first fight on the first episode against Invicta FC veteran Tecia Torres.

536,000 viewers initially watched the September 10th debut show, with 1.735 million catching the Sunday, September 14th re-broadcast. Additional re-airs on totaled 267,000.

The 2.54 million is an increase of 67% over the debut episode of Season 18, which scored 1.52 million total viewers, and 113% over Season 19, which delivered 1.19 million total watchers.
Episode Two airs tonight at 10 pm ET on FOX Sports 1 in the United States and Sportsnet 360 in Canada.
