Now that newly signed UFC fighter Phil “CM Punk” Brooks (0-0-0) is training with Duke Roufus in Milwaukee, combat sports fans are still curious about how the transition is going.

“There’s never been a list of guys. We’ve never talked about potential opponents because… I think originally Dana [White], myself and Lorenzo [Fertitta] all said 185 [pounds]. When I had my initial meeting they flew out to Chicago I was walking around at like 220 [pounds]…. And the weight just keeps coming off and keeps coming off so once we nail down that I’m sure in about six months we might entertain who I would fight. – Phil “CM Punk” Brooks
Count Jim Ross as one of the people in Brooks’ corner.
