A win over the #5 Kaufman – a former Strikeforce women’s bantamweight champion – could do just that.

More UFC 186 details were announced earlier today.

Rory MacDonald and Hector Lombard was pulled due to Lombard’s failed UFC 182 drug test.

Not only have they fought each other twice, but they have both fought current UFC women bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey.

Davis lost to Rousey at UFC 175, while Kaufman lost by armbar submission to Rousey in 2012, when Rousey was the Strikeforce champion.

Men’s bantamweight champion TJ Dillashaw defends against former champion Renan Barao in the main event.
