The UFC Hall-of-Fame is finally getting a much needed boost.
The company announced 2015 will feature an entire induction class of fighters and contributors July 11th at the UFC Fan Expo in Las Vegas.

The Hall-of-Fame will now consist of four categories:
Modern Era Wing – Honouring fighters who debuted in the modern era
Pioneer Era Wing – Honouring fighters who debuted in the pioneer era
Contributors Wing – Honouring contributions outside of active competition
Fight Wing – Honouring significant and impactful bouts in the sport’s history.
“The UFC Hall of Fame has an important job – it not only celebrates greatness but it helps pass stories of the greatest athletes and fights in UFC history on to the next generation of fight fans,” UFC president Dana White said. “We’re looking forward to announcing the class of 2015 and what is going to be a great induction event on July 11.”
Fans who have purchased tickets to the Expo can attend the Hall-of-Fame induction at no additional cost. Two-day passes are $60 USD online and $65 USD at the door. One day passes are $35 USD online and $45 USD at the door.
There are plans for a physical site to be constructed in Las Vegas.
There are also preliminary plans for a physical UFC Hall of Fame to be constructed in the UFC’s home city of Las Vegas.
