MMA Crossfire – UFC eyes return to Dublin October 24th

The UFC is returning to Dublin, Ireland October 24th.

Joe Carr, president of International for UFC made the announcement today and it solidifies Ireland as a major European market for the company.

It’s a been quite a year for the country, with many of her fighters chasing glory in the UFC, and current star Conor McGregor facing Chad Mendes for the interim featherweight crown July 11th at UFC 189 in Las Vegas.

“Ireland has been such an important market to the UFC and we couldn’t let a year go by without delivering another spectacular event for the fans in the capital,” Carr said. “We’re looking forward to showcasing both local and international talent at the event and hopefully getting the decibel counter higher this year round.”

UFC Fight Club members get first dibs with pre-access starting Wednesday September 2nd at 10AM IST. UFC Newsletter subscribers getting access Friday September 4th at 12 noon IST.
