Middleweights #7-ranked Michael Bisping (27-7-0) and #9-ranked Gerard Mousasi (37-6-2) are the feature attraction of February 27th’s UFC Fight Night London card.
The O2 Arena will be the stage Bisping’s return, a return five years in the making.
Welcome back to The Crossfire.
The feature bout is one of three announced by the company today.
Mousasi is a former Strikeforce light-heavyweight champion and will be looking to redeem himself from a disappointing loss to Uriah Hall in his last bout. Bisping is almost 37-years-old but carries a two-fight win streak into the bout.
Can Bisping keep the fight standing where he can use his footwork and strikes or can Mousasi get the fight to the ground where his grappling is superior?
Native son Mike Wilkinson (9-1-0) will face Finland’s Makwan Amirkhani (12-2-0), while Northern Ireland’s Norman Parke (22-4-1) battles Russia’s Rustam Khabilov (17-3-0) in a lightweight contest.
Parke recently decisioned Reza Madadi at UFC Dublin.
Hey @RustamTheTiger let's try to slam each other & see who gets KTFO! @UFCEurope @ufc
