If you’re in New York City next weekend, you might want to check out the 6th annual MMA World Expo at the Javits Center in New York City.
The Expo features tournaments, exhibits and merchandise from all aspects of mixed martial arts, with several big-name MMA celebrities.
Welcome back to The Crossfire.
Former UFC light-heavyweight champion Jon Jones, former middleweight champion Anderson Silva, former UFC Superfight champion and Hall-of-Famer Dan Severn and lightweight contender Eddie Alvarez are scheduled for autograph sessions on December 12th.
Click here to see the autograph session times.
The Expo is held in conjunction with the International Motorcycle show.
In addition to getting autographs from the celebrities, there are amateur and pro Muay Thai fights, a BJJ submission-only tournament, MMA films, panel sessions on MMA legalization and a catch-wrestling tourney too.
The World Expo will remind Canadian fans in Toronto of the MMA Expo convention that used to be held at the International Centre in Mississauga when MMA was illegal in Ontario.
Tickets are $18 USD for the day, with active military free with ID and children 10-year-old and under are free with a paying adult. Autographs with celebrities are usually extra.
The doors open from 10AM ET to 9PM ET on Saturday, December 12th.
