Running the Ropes – Full speed ahead

I’m finally back on track with my wrestling, training and diet with some big goals to accomplish this year.

On January 30th, I have a match against three other women. One of them is newly signed TNA Knockout Raquel.


I am gunning for the woman’s title! Next show will be February 6th in Miami and for the first time, WXW wrestling is invading Orlando March 5th!

So I am busy wrestling, training and dieting and focusing on becoming my best I can be.

Mornings start at 7AM for me. I do an hour of fast cardio to help burn the fat! Usually the EFX and walking on a high incline. Then I go home and for breakfast, I eat egg whites & oatmeal! I stick to having about 5-6 meals a day every 2.5 -3 hour. The meals include a protein,  carbohydrate, and a vegetable source. So, chicken breast , brown rice and asparagus would be a perfect meal. Portion size is the size of my clenched fist.

I am using 5% nutrition BCAA’s. The best out there which also has joint support and digestive enzymes and liver support in it. Sipping on it all day. The reason for frequent meals is to burn fat and build muscle.

Practice is at Afa the Wild Samoan’s school.  It’s usually 2-3 times a week from 5:30AM-830PM. I’ve been working and helping the up-and-coming wrestlers and giving back as much as I can to them. They have a few girls in there now, so it’s great to see Afa putting lots of time into female wrestlers and bringing up his women’s division.

I’ve wanted to develop into a new character, something that’s been on my mind for years. So I’m working hard on bringing that to life. Can’t wait to do it, so I will commit myself to it and hopefully this will be a big year for me.

I also would love to land a sponsorship and working relationship with 5% Nutrition’s own Rich Piana. I love his products and what he stands for. I believe in him. Just throwing that out to the universe.

I’ve been MIA for too long and I am so ready to kill it in 2016. It’s important to stay healthy and keep up on my daily twelve yoga poses to keep my body stretched and flexible to prevent injuries.

Also, keeping my mind right is key. I don’t have any drama or negativity in my life. I won’t allow it in my life at all. I’ve read a lot of books by Wayne Dyer and Mike Dooley. Books on the law of attraction and how the universe works.

It keeps my mind healthy and my spirit fed.
