UFC middleweight Gegard Mousasi (40-6-2) has done what any fighter should do after getting finished in highlight-reel fashion by Uriah Hall (13-7-0) at UFC Fight Night 75.

You win. Unapologetically.

Now the owner of a three-fight win streak, Mousasi intends to prove his loss against Hall was a fluke.

Kenai Andrews checks in with his thoughts on the main card.

MAIN CARD (4PM ET/1PM PT)

ARTEM LOBOV (12-12-1, 1NC) VS TERUTO ISHIHARA (9-2-2)

UFC Fight Night 99

Andrews: Lobov’s striking is his bread-and-butter, but the book is open on him: Get him to the ground. Ishihara can do this, while having enough striking to take a few.

Andrews Prediction: Teruto Ishihara via unanimous decision

#14 TIMOTHY JOHNSON (10-2-0) VS ALEXANDER YOLKOV (26-6-0)

UFC Fight Night 99

Andrews: Johnson looked better in his last fight, but I still worry about his cardio. Yolkov has fought some heavy hitters in Bellator, survived and has a good finish ratio and can go the distance. Assuming Yolkov doesn’t let this turn into a slugfest, he should get the win.

Andrews Prediction: Alexander Yolkov via unanimous decision

ROSS PEARSON (21-11-0, 1NC) VS STEVIE RAY (19-7-0)

UFC Fight Night 99

Andrews: Pearson is on a serious bubble, with only two wins in his last six fights. The book on him is wide open, but he is even losing on the feet. This is a good fight for Ray to take a name and despite the fact Pearson will fight desperately for his job, I’m going with the Scottish wonder here.

Andrews Prediction: Stevie Ray via unanimous decision

MAIN EVENT

#5 GEGARD MOUSASI (40-6-2) VS #10 URIAH HALL (13-7-0)

UFC Fight Night 99

Andrews: Mousasi got caught after dominating Hall on the ground last time. This time, Mousasi will be uber-careful and not give Hall many opportunities to land big strikes. Hall must have something up his sleeve, but he’ll need several of them and early to keep Mousasi from a decision win.

Andrews Prediction: Gegard Mousasi via submission
