Kenai Andrews checks in with his thoughts on the main card.

#8 JOHN MORAGA (16-5-0) VS SERGIO PETTIS (14-2-0)

UFC Fight Night 103

Andrews: It seems like yesterday when Sergio Pettis joined the UFC. Moraga is a decent fighter who needs a win badly right now. They are both fairly even, but Moraga needs a win badly and the hometown hero, I think he’ll have the motivation to get it done.

Andrews Prediction: John Moraga via unanimous decision

COURT MCGEE (19-5-0) VS BEN SAUNDERS (19-7-2)

UFC Fight Night 103

Andrews: McGee is always competitive, but I feel he has not kept up with the times. His plodding style will not get it done against the next generation of fighters. Ben Saunders has an excellent opportunity to take this to the ground and submit McGee, where he is the weakest.

Andrews Prediction: Ben Saunders via submission

JOE LAUZON (26-13-0) VS MARCIN HELD (22-5-0)

UFC Fight Night 103

Andrews: I have a feeling Held will surprise everyone, but looking at Lauzon’s energetic weigh-in made me reconsider. Yes, Held is younger yet experienced, but Lauzon’s craftiness should shine through.

Andrews Prediction: Joe Lauzon via submission

MAIN EVENT

#10 YAIR RODRIGUEZ VS BJ PENN (16-10-2)

UFC Fight Night 103

Andrews: Rodriguez should have the youthful advantage and despite the experience of a legend like Penn, he is 37 now and has not looked competitive in some time. As BJ Penn, he always has a chance, but I expect Rodriguez to stop this one early.

Andrews Prediction: Yair Rodriguez via TKO
