The United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) announced today the suspension of UFC lightweight Felipe Olivieri (14-5-0, 1NC) for two years by arbitrator McLaren Global Sports Solutions (MGSS) , the result of a failed Jan. 11, 2016 out-of-competition drug test.
According to the USADA press release, Olivieri, 31, tested positive for the metabolites of methyltestosterone, an anabolic steroid.

The ban starts retroactively from Mar. 10, 2016, the date of his provisional suspension, which was initially contested by Olivieri.
Olivieri lost his UFC debut to Tony Martin at UFC on FOX 18.
