UFC 209: ‘Suga’ Rashad Evans to make middleweight debut against Daniel Kelly

The UFC announced Rashad Evans (19-5-1) will face Australian Daniel Kelly (12-1-0)at UFC 209 Mar. 4.

Evans, who won the light-heavweught championship previously, dropped down after losing his last two fights at 205 pounds.

Meanwhile, Kelly, a four-time Olympic judoka, has won his last three fights. Evans, however, will be his most high-name opponent yet.

UFC 209 is scheduled for the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas Mar. 4. Tyron Woodley defends his welterweight belt against Stephen Thompson in a main event rematch.
