De Oliveira is replacing former UFC women’s featherweight champion Germaine de Randamie, who is injured. Four of her five victories have been by way of submission.
De Randamie was stripped of the featherweight belt when she refused to fight No. 1 contender Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino.
Reneau, 40, has a win and a majority draw in her last two contests, but is 3-2-1 in the UFC.
UFC Fight Night 115 is scheduled for Sept. 2 at the Ahoy Rotterdam in The Netherlands.
The current card includes:
Stefan Struve (28-8-0) vs. Alexander Volkov (28-6-0)
