UFC strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk (14-0-0) will attempt to defend her title for the sixth time against TUF 20 finalist Rose Namajunas (6-3-0) at New York’s UFC 217 in November.

Jedrzejczyk, the 25-year-old Polish native, will also be making her second return to The Big Apple, where she defeated comrade Karolina Kowalkiewicz last November. She will tie Ronda Rousey’s six consecutive title defences with another victory.

In her path is a rejuvenated Namajunas, a “Thug” who rebounded from a TUF 20 finals loss to Carla Esparza to finishing three of her last five fights, going 4-1-0 in that span.

UFC 217 is scheduled for Nov. 4 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The current card includes:

Michael Bisping (30-7-0) vs. Georges St. Pierre (25-2-0)

Cody Garbrandt (11-0-0) vs. TJ Dillashaw (14-3-0)

Johny Hendricks (18-7-0) vs. Paulo Borrachinha (10-0-0)

Stephen Thompson (13-2-1) vs Jorge Masvidal (32-12-0)

Gadzhimurad Antigulov (20-4-0) vs. Ion Cutelaba (13-3-0)
