The UFC confirmed yesterday that No. 4 featherweight Cub Swanson (25-7-0) will take on unbeaten No. 6 Brian Ortega (12-0-0, 1NC) at Fresno’s UFC Fight Night 123 in December.
Swanson , 33, decisioned Artem Lobov in April at UFC Fight Night 108, part of a four-fight win streak.

Ortega came back for another late third-round submission win over Renato Carneiro at UFC 214 in July.
UFC Fight Night 123 is scheduled for Dec. 9 at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California. The current card includes:
