UFC president Dana White confirmed today at the UFC 25th anniversary press conference in Boston that Rose Namajunas (7-3-0) will defend her strawweight crown against the former champion she won it against in Polish striker Joanna Jedrzejczyk (14-1-0) at Brooklyn’s UFC 223 in April.
Namajunas won the title in shocking first round action back at UFC 217 in November 2017 and it will be the 25-year-old “Thug’s” first defence.
