UFC 225: Mike Santiago takes on Dan Ige

UFC 225 will have a hometown hero in 28-year-old featherweight Mike Santiago (20-11-0), who will try to break a two-fight losing skid in Chicago against Dan Ige (8-2-0) on June 9.

Santiago is a native of Wood Dale, Illinois and a former Dana White Contender Series participant. He last competed at UFC Fight Night 124, losing a decision to Mads Burnell.

Ige, 26, will look to represent his state of Hawaii well with a return to the win column. He lost a decision to Julio Arce at UFC 220 in January 2018.

UFC 225 is scheduled for June 9 at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. Current bouts include:

Alistair Overeem (43-19-1) vs. Curtis Blaydes (9-1-0)

Claudia Gadelha (15-3-0) vs. Carla Esparza (13-4-0)
