The UFC confirmed today that No.3 flyweight Ray Borg (11-3-0) and No. 7 Brandon Moreno (14-4-0), who were hastily removed from last week’s UFC 223 due to Borg being injured with glass in his eye from the alleged Conor McGregor attack on a bus containing UFC 223 fighters, will instead face off in Santiago, Chile this May.

A previous Borg injury forced the cancellation of the original booking at UFC Fight Night 126 in Austin, Texas in February.

Borg, 24, is trying to return to the win column after losing memorably via armbar to champion Demetrious Johnson at UFC 216 in October 2017. The “Tazmexican Devil” has split his last four fights.

Meanwhile, Moreno, 24, was decisioned by Sergio Pettis at UFC Fight Night 114 in August 2017, snapping an 11-fight win streak, including “The Assassin Baby’s” first three octagon bouts.

UFC Fight Night 129 is scheduled for May 19 at the Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile. Current bouts include:

Santiago Ponzinibbio (26-3-0) vs. Kamaru Usman (12-1-0)
