Benavidez, 34, is looking to rebound from a split-decision loss to Sergio Pettis at UFC 225 in June. He does own a split-decision win over the current champion, Henry Cejudo.
Meanwhile, Borg has recovered from injuries sustained to his eye from an attack by Conor McGregor and others to the fighter bus he was in at UFC 223 in April.
Meanwhile, “The Tazmazian Devil,” 25, was submitted by Demetrious Johnson at UFC 216 in June 2017.
UFC Fight Night 139 is set for Nov. 10 at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado. Tentative bouts include:
