Hua Fung Teh named ONE Championship Chairman in China
ONE Championship announced on Aug. 20 that its chief financial officer (CFO) Hua Fung Teh has been named chairman of the company in China, one of its most important markets.
Teh, who joined the company earlier in January will continue to serve as CFO. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and operated F-16 jets as an aviator for the Republic of Singapore Air Force.
“Hua Fung has done incredible work with ONE Championship over the past few months since joining the company,” Chatri Sityodtong, Chairman and CEO of ONE Championship said in a press release. “His dedication to growing our scale while delivering fans a unique and authentic martial arts experience has changed the game for us. I am proud to announce that he will be taking on more responsibility as Chairman of ONE Championship in China. I have full confidence that he can lead our operations in China and bring it to the next level.”
