UFC 232: Cat Zingano vs. Megan Anderson added

The UFC confirmed today that Cat Zingano (10-3-0) will move up from bantamweight and take on former Strikeforce featherweight champion Megan Anderson (8-3-0) in a 145 pounds bout at UFC 232.

Zingano, 36, recently snapped a three fight losing skid with a decision win over Marion Reneau at UFC Fight Night 133 in July. Almost four years ago, as a bantamweight, she fought Ronda Rousey for the world title at UFC 184.

Meanwhile, the 28-year-old Anderson had a four fight win streak snapped by Holly Holm in her octagon debut at UFC 225 in June.

UFC 232 is scheduled for Dec. 29 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Current matches include

Jon Jones (22-1-0) vs. Alexander Gustafsson (18-4-0)

Cris Cyborg (20-1-0) vs. Amanda Nunes (16-4-0)

Corey Anderson (11-4-0) vs. Ilir Latifi (14-5-0)

Ryan Hall (6-1-0) vs. BJ Penn (16-12-2)

More bouts are expected to be announced.
