Asian MMA organization ONE Championship announced strawweight titleholder Joshua Pacio (13-2-0) will now defend against Japanese challenger Yosuke Saruta (18-8-3) instead of Hayato Suzuki at January’s ONE: Eternal Glory.
Pacio, 22, is enjoying a four fight win streak since losing to Suzuki in August 2017. Â He was supposed to rematch Hayato Suzuki, but an injury forced Suzuki to withdraw.
Saruto, 31, recently decisioned Alex Silva at  ONE: Destiny of Champions Dec. 7. He has won five of his last six contests.
ONE: Eternal Glory is scheduled for January 19 at the Istora Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia. The current lineup is:
