Canelo Alvarez and Daniel Jacobs promotional tour moves to Los Angeles

WBC and WBA middleweight champion Saul “Canelo” Alvarez (50-1-2, 34 KOs) and challenger, IBF middleweight titleholder Daniel “Miracle Man” Jacobs (35-2-0, 29 KOs), will visit New York City, Mexico City, and Los Angeles in a promotional tour of their upcoming May 4 fight in Las Vegas.

The tour began Feb. 27 in New York City and is in Mexico City today. Los Angeles is the final stop on Mar. 4.

The Los Angeles conference is scheduled for Monday Mar. 4 at the Microsoft Theatre at L.A. LIVE at 777 Chick Hearn Court. The doors open to the public at 6PM PT (3PM ET) and everything begins at 7PM PT (4PM ET). In addition to Jacobs and Alvarez, the following people will also attend:

The title fight will take place at the T-Mobile Area and is scheduled for 12 rounds. It will be live streamed exclusively by DAZN.

Alvarez is coming off a quick TKO win over Rocky Fielding last December, while Jacobs won the IBF belt in his last bout, decisioning Serhiy Derevianchenk in October 2018.

The events on the promotional tour are open to the public.
