“The Cookie Monster,” 31, recently snapped a two fight losing streak by decisioning Virna Jandiroba at UFC on ESPN+ 9 in April.
Meanwhile, Grasso, 25, took a unanimous decision from Karolina Kowalkiewicz at UFC 238 in June. The former Invicta FC prodigy is 3-2-0 in the octagon since debuting in November 2018.
UFC on ESPN+ 17 is scheduled for Sept. 21 at the Mexico Arena in Mexico City, Mexico.
More bouts are expected to be announced.
