Tough-talking welterweight sluggers Nate Diaz (20-11-0) and Jorge Masvidal (34-13-0) will headline Madison Square Garden’s UFC 244 event in November, according to a tweet from ESPN reporter Brett Okamato.

Diaz talked up the contest on social media after Masvidal’s record-breaking five second TKO victory over Ben Askren at UFC 239 in July. He is coming off an impressive win of his own, a TKO win over Anthony Pettis at UFC 241 in August.
UFC 244 is scheduled for Nov. 2 at the Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York. Confirmed bouts include:
