MAIN CARD (8AM ET/5AM PT)
MUSLIM SALIKHOV (15-2-0) VS. LAUREANO STAROPOLI (9-1-0)
Andrews: Starpoli has some solid wins over some vets but I don’t know if his striking can overcome Salikhov’s all around game.
Andrews Prediction: Muslim Salikhov via UD
CIRYL GANE (4-0-0) VS. DON’TALE MYERS (7-2-0)
Andrews: A nice tale of the tape matchup with two big heavyweights. I like Gane’s UFC experience to give him the edge.
Andrews Prediction: Ciryl Gane via submission
FRANK CAMACHO (22-7-0) VS. BENEIL DARIUSH (16-4-1)
Andrews: Everyone knows Camacho is tough and can strike, but Dariush has a technical level that should get him the win. I expect Dariush to get the fight to the ground and work for the tap.
Andrews Prediction: Beneil Dariush via submission
MICHAEL JOHNSON (19-14-0) VS. STEVEN RAY (22-9-0)
Andrews: Johnson is 33 years old and the damage is starting to add up. Can Ray put on a striking clinic with his speed and youth? Perhaps, but Johnson will probably muddy up this contest with clinch work, takedowns and take the fight to Ray. Have to go with Johnson.
Andrews Prediction: Michael Johnson via UD
#10 DEMIAN MAIA (27-9-0) VS. #11 BEN ASKREN (19-1-0)
Andrews: Maia is 41 years old and a danger on the ground, but Askren is much more versatile. Askren has grappling, BJJ and can strike. On paper, Askren should win as long, as he doesn’t charge Maia for takedown and doesn’t let Maia use his strength. We saw Maia have trouble with elite grapplers like Tyron Woodley. Askren will be as careful, only looking for a finish if it is handed to him.
Andrews Prediction: Ben Askren via UD
