UFC on ESPN 7: Main and co-main event open gym workouts set for Wednesday

It’s fight week with the UFC setting up shop in the Washington D.C. for Saturday’s UFC on ESPN 7 card.

In the main event, heavyweights No.6 Alistair Overeem (45-17-0) and No. 14 Brazilian Jairzinho Rozenstruik (9-0-0) collide. Strawweights No. 10 Cynthia Calvillo (8-1-0) and No. 9 Marina Rodriguez (12-0-1) meet in the co-main event.

There are no ceremonial weigh-ins for the card, so Wednesday’s open gym workouts at the Capital One Arena will be the pre-fight opportunity for fans to see the main and co-main fighters up close.

The workout is free and open to fans and the media, with the doors opening at 5 p.m. ET and the first workout starting at 5:30 p.m. ET and proceeding in approximate 20-minute slices.

The current schedule is:

Jairzinho Rozenstruik – 5:50 p.m. ET
