Heavyweights No.3 Curtis Blaydes (11-2-0, 1NC) and No. 4 Junior dos Santos (21-5-0) will collide at Raleigh’s UFC on ESPN+ 24 event later this month.
It’s a tremendous opportunity for both fighters to make a case for the next title shot.
Blaydes, 28, was undefeated in 2019, collecting a TKO finish over Shamil Abdurakhimov at UFC 242 in September 2019 and a decision over Justin Willis at UFC on ESPN+ 6 in March 2019.

Meanwhile, dos Santos, 35, is an 11-year octagon veteran and former champion known for his boxing. He lost a tough bout to Francis Ngannou at UFC on ESPN 3 in June 2019, which snapped a three fight winning streak. “Cigano” has proven to be a tough out for anyone in the division.
