UFC on ESPN+ 29: Danny Roberts vs. Nicholas Dalby added

Both fighters need a big win

Danny Roberts (17-5-0) will have an entire country in his corner when he takes on Denmark’s Nicholas Dalby (18-3-1, 1NC) at London’s UFC on ESPN+ 29 in March.

“Hot Chocolate,” 32, snapped a two-fight losing skid in his last bout, decisioning Zelim Imadaev at UFC on ESPN+ 21 in November 2019. A big win would kickstart some much needed momentum towards contending in the rankings.

Meanwhile, Dalby, 35, won his return debut fight with Alex Oliveira at UFC on ESPN+ 18 last September. “Lokomotivo” is unbeaten in his last five bouts, winning four with a no-contest. The clock is ticking for both fighters, which should generate an entertaining contest.

UFC on ESPN+ 29 is scheduled for Mar. 21 at the O2 Arena in London, England. Current bouts include:

Tyron Woodley (19-4-1) vs. Leon Edwards (18-3-0)

Darren Stewart (11-4-0, 1NC) vs. Marvin Vettori (14-4-1)

Tim Aspinall (7-2-0) vs. Raphael Pessoa (10-1-0)

Gabriel Benitez (21-7-0) vs. Lerone Murphy (8-0-1)

Danny Roberts (17-5-0) vs. Nicholas Dalby (18-3-1, 1NC)

Paul Craig (12-4-1) vs. Ryan Spann (17-5-0)

Molly McCann (10-2-0) vs. Ashlee Evans-Smith (6-4-0)

John Phillips (22-9-0) vs. Dusko Todorovic (9-0-0)

Marc Diakese (14-3-0) vs. Stevie Ray (23-9-0)

More bouts are expected to be announced.
