Bellator announced on Saturday that dual champion Ryan Bader (27-5-0, 1NC) will defend his light heavyweight title against Russian Vadim Nemkov (11-2-0) on May 9 in San Jose.
Bader, 36, who is also the heavyweight champion, has been competing at heavyweight for his last four fights. His last bout was a no-contest against Cheick Kongo due to an injurious eye poke. But in May, he will be at 205 pounds.
