PFL introduces new weekly content series called MMA at Home

Fans can showcase moves and win prizes

The PFL is challenging fans with a new weekly content series called MMA at Home.

Every Friday, company president Ray Sefo will focus on a MMA technique, performed by a fighter who excels at it.

Fans will then be able to duplicate the move for a chance to win prizes.

“We’re excited to launch this new content series and engage with our fans who are at home during this challenging time,” Sefo said in a press release. “It’s an opportunity to learn from the best in the business, have fun and win some great PFL prizes. The phrase ‘don’t try this at home’ does not apply here.”

The first episode premieres at 12 noon on the PFL’s YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook channels and features Swedish welterweight Sadibou Sy and his head kick.

Sy, 33, recorded the second fastest finish in PFL history during the first round of the 2019 playoffs with a 17 second stoppage of welterweight runner-up David Michaud.

Fans can send their video using the #MMAatHome hashtag and tag @PFLmma @GEICO for their chance to win.

The first winner will be announced on April 23.
