ONE Championship’s special version of ‘The Apprentice’ has inked their first guest CEO.
Catcha Group co-founder and Group’s Patrick Grove has been confirmed as one of 12 guest CEOs that will appear on the show when it airs later this year.
“Without a doubt, Patrick is one of the most accomplished self-made entrepreneurs in the Asia Pacific region,” ONE CEO Chatri Sityodtong said in a press release. “Our 16 contestants on The Apprentice: ONE Championship Edition will learn a lot from Patrick’s knowledge and experience.”
Grove, 45, is known in the business community as a co-founder of Frontier Digital Ventures, iFlix, and Rev Asia. He is the only person in the world to take five companies between 1999 and 2016 from an initial startup to Initial Public Offering (IPO). He has also collectively created companies with a worth over USD$1 billion.
“Super pumped to work with Chatri to find the next entrepreneurial superstars!” Grove added. “ONE Championship has done an amazing job finding fighting superstars, and I’m sure together, Chatri and I will find entrepreneurial superstars.”
16 contestants will compete on the show in a series of business and physical challenges, with the winner earning a USD$250,000 job offer to work directly under ONE CEO Chatri Sityodtong in Singapore for one year as his protege.
