The road back to the featherweight crown begins next year on Jan. 16 for No. 1 Max Holloway (21-6-0).
After two close title fight losses to current champion Alexander Volkanovski, Holloway will try to fend off up-and-coming No. 6 Calvin Kattar (22-4-0), in the main event of UFC on ESPN+ 45. Currently, he is celebrating a special engagement.

Although “Blessed,” 28, has lost three of his last four contests, they were against top competition in Volkanovski and lightweight Dustin Poirier.
Meanwhile, Kattar, 32, has won four of his last five fights and enters this bout as a heavy underdog.
