Tecia Torres is staying on the UFC 256 card, thanks to Sam Hughes.
‘The Tiny Tornado’ (11-5-0), 31, was previously in limbo when her original opponent, Angela Hill, pulled out with a positive COVID-19 test. But the UFC announced Tuesday that Sam Hughes, a former LFA title challenger, will take her place on short notice.
Hughes, 28, submitted Danielle Hindley in her last fight at LFA 93 in October.
