Lamar Odom is looking to enter the boxing ring this summer.
Celebrity Boxing Entertainment confirmed the deal in an Instagram post. Tuesday evening.
Odom, 41, played in the NBA from 1999 to 2014, winning two championships in 2009 and 2010 with the Los Angeles Lakers. He was also named the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year in 2011.
Odom was also married to Khloe Kardashian from 2009 to 2016. He occasionally appeared on the reality shows series Keeping up with the Kardashians and Khloe & Lamar. He made headlines in 2015 and he was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel.
An opponent for Odom has not been announced, but it appears he is targeting his debut in the summer.
