The PFL confirmed the lineup for its April 29 event and it features former Bellator champion Rory MacDonald taking on 2019 welterweight runner-up David Michaud.
The “Red King,” (21-6-0), 31, last fought in 2019, losing a decision to Douglas Lima at Bellator 232 in October 2019 before signing with the PFL in December 2019.
Michaud (18-6-0), 32, is the 2019 PFL welterweight runner-up, losing to Ray Cooper III in the welterweight final last December.
The co-main features Cooper III, the 2019 PFL welterweight champion, will welcome Jason Ponet (20-12-1, 1NC) from France who is making his debut.

The 2021 season begins on April 23 on ESPN2, ESPN Deportes and live streamed on ESPN+ in primetime. The regular season events are scheduled for April 29, May 6, June 10, June 17, and June 25.
