UFC 257 bonus statement shows Conor McGregor is still rolling in it

Despite currently on the injury shelf, UFC superstar Conor McGregor is still laughing all the way to the bank.

McGregor, 33, (22-6-0) revealed some details of his UFC 257 bonus statement on his Twitter account and it shows his main event fight with Dustin Poirier did over 1.5 million buys.

The partial statement shows that the UFC projected UFC 257 to net 1.5 million buys, with the actual number coming in at 1.504.737 million. The post does not reveal the corresponding bonus amount paid to McGregor, but it appears it would have been a few bucks.

McGregor’s bouts with Nate Diaz at UFC 196 and UFC 202, his title fight with then lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 and in boxing, the Money Fight with boxing star Floyd Mayweather, are amoung the top grossing pay-per-views of all time.

McGregor is currently recovering from injuries sustained in his rubber match loss to Poirier at UFC 264.
