Lightweight champion Charles Oliveira’s first test will be against former interim champion Dustin Poirier at UFC 269.
Oliveira confirmed the bout today in a social media post.
Oliveira (31-8-0), 31, won the vacated belt earlier this year at UFC 62 in May, defeating Michael Chandler. As the champion, he is riding a nine fight win streak.
