UFC president Dana White and his family recovering from COVID-19

Looking to attend UFC on ESPN 31 if he can continue to test negative

The coronavirus has struck again, this time at UFC president Dana White and his family.

White confirmed Wednesday on “The Jim Rome Podcast” that he and his family tested positive somewhere during a Thanksgiving trip to his house in Maine.

“We just went up to my place in Maine and for Thanksgiving it’s tradition we go up there, and somebody had it, and we get back, and we all tested positive for COVID,” White said. “Literally the whole family and my family up in Maine, too.”

White also said that he is fully vaccinated and following COVID-19 protocol but is also taking some recovery suggestions from UFC broadcaster Joe Rogan which he claimed were effective.

White joined Rogan and Matt Brown, who tested positive. Brown had to pull out of UFC on ESPN 31 because of COVID-19, but White said that he is looking to attend the show if he continues to test negative for the virus.
