Its official: Halle Berry and Netflix are in business, after the smashing debut of her directorial debut movie, Bruised.
According to a report from Variety, Berry has inked a multi-movie deal with the movie giant  to produce and star in several films.
Bruised made its debut at the 2020 Toronto International Film Festival, and then premiered  select theatres on Nov. 17 and then finally, on Netflix on Nov. 24. It soared to No. 2 globally on the English movie charts, including No. 1 in 71 countries, with 47.7 million watch hours in its first five days.
Berry is scheduled to executive-produce and star in “The Mothership,” and then star in “Our Man from Jersey” with Mark Wahlberg.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
