Today marks the 12th anniversary of MMA Crossfire.
The Crossfire was created by former Postmedia editor Kenai Andrews in 2010 and grew from a blog on the Postmedia Network to become a full website in 2015. It’s 10th anniversary was marked in 2020.

“MMA continues to flourish globally, even in these turbulent times,” editor-in-chief Kenai Andrews said. “Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, fans around the world continued to support the sport and prove that mixed martial arts is here to stay.”
So far in 2022, The Crossfire has featured conversations with entertainment stars with a martial arts background or lifestyle, such as Dakota House, Eli Jane, and singer Caroliina.

Many readers continue to flock to The Crossfire’s Breaking the MMA Lens photography series and the The #Bodybuilding Life columns.
“I’d like to thank the Crossfire Nation for supporting us through these years,” Andrews said. “Let’s continue to push forward.”
