Florida native Ferlan Bailey won the over-35 and over-40 heavyweight overall titles yesterday at the 2016 NPC Teen Collegiate and Masters National Championships in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Bailey also captured the over-35 and over-40 classes, while earning his International Federation of Bodybuilding  (IFBB Pro) pro tour card....

So here we are, just a few days away before I take the stage in the beautiful city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Filled with exhaustion, fear, excitement and hope, I will be the biggest and best I’ve been yet....

It’s been nine gruelling months since I returned to the gym with a goal and vision of how I wanted to look the next time I stepped on stage....
